Haupteigenschaften
Der Kessel der SZS-Serie ist mit längsgerichteten Doppeltrommeln und einer Kammerstruktur vom Typ „D“ ausgestattet. Der Ofen ist rechts und die Konvektionsrohrbank links platziert, der Supererhitzer ist an der Konvektionsrohrbank angeordnet. Der Körper wird mit flexiblen Stützen in der Mitte und an beiden Enden am Keller befestigt und sorgt dafür, dass sich der Kessel horizontal seitwärts ausdehnt. Um den Ofen herum befindet sich eine Membran-Wasserkühlrohrwand. Ofen und Rohrbank sind durch die Membran-Wasserrohr-Kühlwand auf der linken Seite des Ofens vollständig getrennt. Der hintere Teil des Bündels weist eine spärliche Schichtstruktur auf, der vordere Teil weist eine ausgerichtete Struktur auf. Der Rauch aus dem Ofenauslass gelangt in die Nachbrennkammer, in den Bereich der Konvektionsrohrbank und dann vom linken vorderen Teil in den spiralförmigen Economizer und Kondensator mit feiner Rohrschlange und wird schließlich durch den Schornstein in die Atmosphäre abgegeben.
